This community service activity aims to introduce Virtual Reality (VR) technology to vocational high school students to improve their knowledge and understanding of realistic interactions with the virtual world.
The development of digital technology requires vocational education to adopt innovative learning media, but the use of immersive technology such as VR in the school environment is still limited. This activity was carried
out on December 12, 2025, involving 20 students of SMK Negeri 1 Bangkinang. The implementation method included socialization, training, and direct practice using VR devices. Evaluation was carried out using pre
tests and post-tests to measure the increase in student knowledge. The results of the activity showed an increase in the average score from 52.3 in the pre-test to 81.6 in the post-test. This proves that the introduction to Virtual Reality activity is effective in improving technological literacy and readiness of vocational high school students in facing digital transformation.
